Share directly in your class email, group chat, or online classroom. Website instructions are available in English and Spanish. Questions and the app are in English.

Use it in pairs.

  1. Confirm the test version. This activity uses the 2025 question bank. Learners with N-400 filings before October 20, 2025 generally study the 2008 version. Use USCIS guidance to confirm.
  2. Ask before revealing. A partner reads the question aloud. The learner answers without looking at the answer key.
  3. Compare and repeat. Review an accepted answer, then ask the missed questions again. The score is self-rated and does not predict an interview result.
  4. Share a small next step. Send the free link for practice between classes. Buying the app is optional.

Free materials come first.

USCIS provides the official question bank for free. This activity complements your teaching. It is not the full interview or a substitute for official guidance. The iPhone app costs $0.99 once in the U.S. and has no ads or subscription.
